as a nail conditioner: apply 1-2 layers of the product onto dry and clean nails every day. After 3 days, remove the applied layers and re-apply the product directly onto clean and dry nail plate. Repeat the application for not less than 10-14 days;

as a base for polish to improve its adhesion and to protect nail plate against discolouration: apply directly onto clean and dry nails. Leave to dry, then apply colour polish.
