The term of the project :

The offer should include:
• the name and address of the bidder ,
• date of preparation,
• a description of the offered goods / services
• unit price net and gross
• price of the total gross and net
• validity of the offer ,
• the maximum duration of the contract.

The offer should be valid until : 31.03.2013

The offer should be accompanied with the company stamp of the tenderer, have the date of preparation and should be signed by the tenderer. The tender must be submitted in one of the following ways :
